Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) Application

Agencies that wish to be listed under the United Way of NWFL Federation heading, CFC applications are due to United Way of NWFL by end-of-business (4:00pm), Friday, March 11, 2016. A completeness review must be scheduled with Tiffani, in order to be included under the United Way of NWFL umbrella. The 2016 applications and instructions will be available December 4, 2015 at: All applications (original only, no copies necessary) are due to the local CFC Board no later than Friday, April 1, 2016. An application preparation class will be held at United Way of NWFL, Friday, February 19, 2016. RSVP is required online at our CFC website. Registration will open in January.

FEDERATIONS & AGENCIES: Per the OPM Audit requirements under 5 CFR and §950.105(b), federations and agencies are permitted to offer suggestions relating to the operation of the campaign, campaign materials and training. Federations and agencies desiring to offer suggestions per above are required to submit, in writing, all requests to the CFC Director at Northwest Florida CFC, 518 Mulberry Ave, Panama City, FL. 32401.
