As 2017 swiftly draws to a close, it is time to begin preparing for 2018. Below is an overview of our 2018 applications and deadlines. (Applications can be downloaded click on the this link:  http://unitedwaynwfl.org/how-to-become-an-affiliated-agency/

 CFC Applications – (Due January 31, 2018)
Federal regulations changed as of January 1, 2017.  CFC applications must be submitted online and a non-refundable application fee of $340 will be required.  Go to https://cfccharities.opm.gov to submit application. If accepted, a listing fee between $15-625 will be charged. CFC application training videos will be posted on OPM’s website at www.opm.gov/cfc.

 FSECC Applications – (Suspended at this time)

 Affiliated Agency Applications – (Due February 1, 2018)
All agencies that wish to be included in UWNWFL’s 2018 Community Campaign in Bay, Calhoun, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson and/or Washington Counties, must be approved for affiliated agency status annually. Agencies that desire affiliation with UWNWFL must complete the 2018 Affiliated Agency Application, provide all required information and supporting documentation, and deliver or mail it (original only, no copies necessary) to UWNWFL by end-of-business (4:30pm), Thursday, February 1, 2018. This document DOES NOT serve as your 2018 CFC or FSECC applications.

 Community Impact Fund Grant Applications – (Due February 16, 2018)
Agencies that are eligible to apply for Community Impact Fund grants in 2018 (affiliated for one full campaign cycle) must complete the Community Impact Fund 2018 Grant Application and deliver or mail it to UWNWFL no later than end-of-business (4:00pm), Friday, February 16, 2018 in order to be considered for Community Impact grant funding.  Please submit one (1) Application Cover Sheet per agency, original 2018 Grant Application and one (1) copy of each Grant Application.  NOTE: Each program in each county requires a separate application, but only one Application Cover Sheet.

 2017 Grant Final Report – (Due February 16, 2018)
Agencies that received Community Impact Fund grants in 2017 must complete the 2017 Community Impact Fund Grant Final Report and deliver or mail it (original only, no copies necessary) to UWNWFL no later than end-of-business (4:00pm), Friday, February 16, 2018.  NOTE: Each program in each county requires a separate report.

  • Applications can be mailed to us at PO Box 586, Panama City, FL  32402.  Applications can be hand delivered to our office at 602 Harrison Avenue, Suite 3. Office hours are Mon-Thurs 8:30am-4:30pm and Friday 8:30am-4:00pm.
  • If delivering to our office, please file applications alphabetically in the appropriate bin in our lobby and complete the Agency and Grant Application Checklist (Clipboard)
  • Keep a copy of each submitted application for your own records.
  • Do not use staples!  Use binder clips and paper clips only!
